Online airspace reservation

AMC Poland provides website where authorized users can send requests for flexible airspace elements (see below).

If you already have an account, use the button LOG IN. If you have any questions or you want to register, please contact AMC/ASM2. We are happy to help.

Why is it worth using the new way of requesting flexible airspace elements?

– an intuitive user interface with map elements visualization as well as access to the current airspace database;
– in case of repetitive airspace requests, Service enables creation and use an airspace template;
– cancellation of airspace reservation does not require calling AMC.

If you plan to send RQA, please remember the following rules:

  • Each order sent by email should cover the period of a single AUP (from 0600 UTC to 0600 UTC the following day), meaning that one order corresponds to one email. Compliance with the above rules is essential for the automation proces of order handling.
  • RQAs are collected till 10:00 UTC
  • Always add name and contact details on the person responsible for the activity of the areas

Always expect an email reply

Please use the correct heading for RQA message:
