FUA is short for the Flexible Use of Airspace; it is an airspace management concept, according to which airspace should not be determined as completely civil nor completely military, but it should be considered as a continuum and used flexibly on a day-to-day basis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. What is ASM?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ASM is short for Airspace Management; it is a function of planning with the main aim of enabling the maximum utilization of available airspace as a continuous whole, taking into consideration the real short-term needs of different civil and military airspace users (e.g. airline companies, the military, private business aircraft, aero clubs, companies performing aerial work\u2026).
In order to facilitate planning and the utilization of airspace, ASM is based on three levels:
ASM1 \u2013 Strategic level
ASM2 \u2013 Pre-tactical level
ASM3 \u2013 Tactical level.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. What is AMC?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

AMC POLAND executes tasks on Airspace Management level 2 and level 3.<\/p>

ASM2 – Pre-Tactical level<\/h3>
  1. collection and analysis of airspace requests,<\/li>
  2. resolving conflicts among requests for AMC manageable areas by application priority rules , negotiation and changes of time schedules,<\/li>
  3. informing and promulgating airspace allocation in AUP of the preceding day,<\/li><\/ol>

    ASM3\u00a0 – Tactical level<\/h3>
    1. activation and deactivation airspace structures listed in AUP,<\/li>
    2. update of data related to AUP execution.<\/li>
    3. Activation of additional TSAs non-colliding with structures published in AUP and uncontrolled airspace,<\/li>
    4. monitoring of utilization of allocated airspace elements,<\/li>
    5. informing on airspace restrictions, users flying in uncontrolled airspace<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
