AMC POLAND executes tasks on Airspace Management level 2 and 3

ASM2 - Pre-Tactical level

1. collection and analysis of airspace requests,
2. analysis of CDRs availability requests,
3. resolving TSA, TRA and CDR requests being in conflict,
4. resolving conflicts by application of priority rules , changes of time schedules and negotiation procedures for unsolved requests or requests colliding to each other,
5. deciding on common TSA or CBA and CDR2 utilization in the same portion of airspace,
6. informing and promulgating airspace allocation in AUP at 14:00 UTC of the preceding day,
7. reacting on any additional request related to serious incoherence of ATS routes.
8. coopering with CFMU/CADF and neighboring AMCs,
9. coopering with operational units of Armed Forces in the scope of an airspace utilization planning.

ASM3 - Tactical level

1. activation and deactivation airspace structures listed in AUP,
2. update of data related to AUP execution.
3. Activation of additional TSAs non-colliding with structures published in AUP and uncontrolled airspace,
4. reaction for any additional request related to serious incoherence of ATC routes or unexpected ATC problems,
5. notification (if necessary) by means of updated AUP (UUP) for at least 1 hour before introduction of changes contained there in,
6. real-time coordination with FMP, FIS and GAT/OAT controllers.
7. monitoring of utilization of allocated airspace elements.
8. cooperation with operational units of Polish Armed Forces in the scope of real-time airspace utilization,
9. informing on airspace restrictions, users flying in uncontrolled airspace.
